Introducing our TL Motor Titanium Headers for the 2025–2026 BMW M1000RR. After months of development and refinement, we’re excited to finally bring our in-house titanium header system to the latest-generation M1000RR.

Unlike the S1000RR and earlier M1000RR models that use round exhaust ports, the 2025–2026 M1000RR features (4) oval exhaust ports. Our new headers were specifically designed around this updated oval-port configuration to ensure proper fitment and performance.

Each system is meticulously crafted in-house from premium titanium and finished with our signature hand-welds. The headers feature a slightly larger-diameter mid-pipe designed to improve exhaust flow and increase performance compared with standard aftermarket options.

Our TL Motor headers are designed for a straightforward, plug-and-play installation and include everything needed for assembly. ECU remapping is not required for installation, although we still recommend tuning to achieve optimal performance and take full advantage of the upgraded exhaust system.
